- Take 2 cups idli rice
- Provide 1 cup urad dal
- Get 1/4 cup curd
- Get 1/4 cup poha (flatten rice)

- Get For chutney-
- Provide 1 cup chopped fresh coconut
- Get 3 green chillies
- Prepare 1/4 cup chutney dal

- Use For tadka-
- You need 2 spoons Oil
- Use 1/4 spoon mustard seeds
- Prepare 1/4 spoon cumin seeds
- Use 4-5 curry leaves
- Use 2 red chillies
- Take 1/3 spoon yellow dal
Instructions to make Idly chutney:
- First wash dal and rice and soak.
- For 3 to 4 hours then grind coarsely with a little by little add curd and water and give rest for 6 to 7 hours for fermentation.
- Now when you want to make a idli then pour water in idli steamer and heat water. then grease oil in stands with adding salt and eno soda in idli batter and mix gently and then little by little idli batter in every mould and steam for 20 minutes. Then cool down for 2 to 3 minutes and ready idli.
- For chutney mix all ingredients for chutney and grind well.
- Heat oil and add yellow dal mustard seeds cumin seeds red chilli, curry leaves and give tadka in chutney and your chutney idli ready.
