- Marinate boiled egg in curd alongwith lemon juice.let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Make a paste of onion, tomato and chilli.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the marinated eggs and keep it aside.In the same oil put bay leaf, clove, cardamom,and cinnamon for a sec and then add the onion tomato paste.
- When the paste starts leaving the Kadai add salt, haldi and red chilli powder,dhaniya powder,biryani masala to it.fry for more 5 minutes.
- Now add eggs to it and saute with the masala, finally add water according to thickness you want. cover it and let it boil for 10 mins.
- Finally add kashuri methi and garam masala and serve it hot with chapati or rice.Top it up with coriander leaves.
