- After one hour take a cake tin greased with oil take a suji batter add eno fruit salt mix and batter pour in cake tin and steam in steamer for 30 to 35 minutes.
- After steam take a wok add oil mustard seeds crackel then add hing,curry leaves,dhania,sugar add water then boil add lemon juice.
- Take a dhokla cut in pcs garnish tempering serve with chillies.
