- Get 60 gm chana dal shoked 1glass of water &washed well
- Use 1 onion chopped
- Take 2 big size onion sliced
- Use 2 tomato pure
- Get 1 1/2 tsp ginger grated
- Get 1 tsp garlic
- Prepare 2 spoon yugurt beaten
- You need 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Use 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Use 1 tsp cumin powder
- You need 1 tsp black pepper powder
- You need 2 green chillies
- Take 1/4 tsp garam masala
- Provide to taste Salt
- You need Oil as required
Instructions to make Pakori curry:
- Now,heat the kadai add 1 tsp oil add chopped onion roast them till golden make a fine paste.
- Take a bowl add grind chana dal 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp turmeric powder,1/2 tsp ginger,green chillies mix well. kadai put on flame add oil make all pakori own size.
- Now, put on flame add oi,l ginger, garlic saute few min. Add salt, tomato puree saute few minutes,add onion paste then all dry spices saute few minutes in now add dahi cook few min when oil become separate add 1 /2 glass water when gravy boiled add pakaoi cook few minutes now turn off the gas.
