Before you jump to Suji/Rawa appam recipe, you may want to read this short interesting healthy tips about Choosing Fast Food That’s Good For You.
Almost each and every “get healthy” and “weight loss” posting you read will tell you to skip the drive through and make all of your meals yourself. This is certainly excellent guidance. From time to time, though, the last thing you need is to have to cook a meal from scratch. Once in a while you need to pay a visit to the drive through when you are on your way home and complete the day. There is zero reason you shouldn’t be able to make it happen once in a while and be free of the guilt usually associated with “diet slips”. This can be done because plenty of the popular fast food places are trying to make their menus healthier now. Here is how you can eat healthy when you hit the drive through.
Aim at the side dishes. It has not been that long ago that all you could get in a fast food diner was French Fries. Now more or less all of the well-known fast food places have broadened their menus. Now lots of them offer salads. You can get chili. You can purchase a baked potato. You could possibly get fruit. There are so many possibilities that you can choose that do not force you to consume foods that have been deep fried. Instead of the pre-determined “meal deals” aim to make a meal from side dishes. When you are doing this you are able to keep your fat content as well as your calorie counts low.
Traditional logic tells us that one certain way to get healthy and lose fat is to drop the drive through and to banish fast food restaurants from your thoughts. While this is usually recommended all you need to do is make a couple of good decisions and visiting the drive through isn’t anything to worry about–when you do it in moderation. Sometimes what you need is to let other people produce your dinner. If you choose healthy things, the shame usually associated with hitting the drive through shouldn’t be so bad.
