- Prepare 1 bowl tightly packed curry leaves
- Take 2 Green chilli
- Provide 1 onion
- You need 2-4 pods garlic
- Get 1 tb sp cooking oil
- Use 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Provide 1 tsp urad dhuli dal
- Get 1/2 tsp chana dal
- Provide 2 red dried whole red chilli
- Prepare To taste salt
- Take 1 lemon

- Heat cooking oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put urad and chana dal and roast till pink.
- Add dry red chilli and saute for 1 minute. Add chopped onion and garlic and saute for another 1 minute. Switch off the flame and let it cool.
- Transfer this seasoning in mixer along with coconut and green chilli and churn for 30 seconds. Add curry leaves and grind to a fine paste. Transfer it in a mixing bowl. Add salt and squeeze lemon juice and mix.
