- Take a kneading plate add 2 cups wheat flour, grated bottle gourd, salt, garam masala, haldi powder, chilli powder, fruit salt, curd, ginger chilli paste jaggery &mix it well.
- Make a dough don't give pressure. Keep it soft. Now make muthiyas & put it into grease plate.
- Steam it for 20 to 25 minutes in steamer.
- Now take it out & rest it for 15 minutes.
- After that cut the muthiya rolls. Take a pan take 2 tbsp oil heat oil add musterseeds, curryleaves, seasme (til white) a pinch of hing sorte all this for 1 minute and add muthiyas give it a good mix.
