- Get 1 quart heavy cream

- Prepare 4 cup mozzarella cheese

- preheat oven to 350
- cube chicken and cook with all seasonings till almost done. set aside. drain spinach set aside
- cook pasta as directed
- sauce: add olive oil garlic and all seasonings to pan cook about 1 minute or so. Add in heavy cream & tequila cook down about 15-20 minutes taste for seasonings
- add chicken to bottom of casserole top with spinach, then half of cheese, then pasta now top with your cream sauce. Top with mozzarella & parsley flakes bake 35-45 minutes till golden
- you can add more tequilla to your liking..
