- Take 1 kg Sella rice
- You need 500 gms beef mince
- You need 1 cup oil

- Get 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
- Take 1/2 bunch mint leaves

- Take 1 cup yogurt

- Use 4 cardamom
- Get 1 Black cardamom
- Take 4 piece cinnamon sticks
- Prepare 2 Bay leaves
- Get 1 tsp black pepper
- Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Take 2 tbsp red chilli powder
- You need 1 tbsp coriander powder
- Get 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Provide 1 tsp salt
- Use 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- Take 2 tbsp Biryani masala
- Prepare 1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Use 2 tbsp Kewra water
- You need 1/8 tsp Orange food colour
Steps to make Qeema biryani:
- First soak Sella rice for 1 hour.
- Now for the masala in a pan add oil and chopped onion and fry them until translucent now add whole spices mentioned above.
- Add tomatoes, mince, ginger garlic paste and red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, Garam masala powder, salt, biryani masala.
- Add some water and bhunify it well.
- Now add potatoes and cook for awhile
- Add yogurt and brown onion and lemon slices.
- Cook until oil separate.
- Turn off the flame.
- Now boil Sella rice.
- For the layering first add rice then masala and chopped coriander and mint over it.
- Add some chopped green chillies.
- Again add rice add 4 tbsp oil on top.
- Now add kewra and food colour, and place it for dum about 15 mins.
