- Grease a bowl with oil and place the dough in it. Apply little oil over the dough as well. Cover with cling wrap or damp cloth. Let it rest at room temperature for 1-2 hour.
- Preheat the oven for 200 degree Celsius. After the dough has double in size. Punch it down and release the air bubbles.
- Form a dough. Place it over a plate and cover it with same plastic wrap. Allow it to rest for 30 minutes.

- Place the dough and press with your fingers and make a circle. Make sure the edge of the circle is thick. Prick it with a fork apply olive oil.

- Then bake it again for 6-8 minutes. Sprinkle oregano and Chilli flakes. Serve hot.
