- First of all brown the meat! On a medium heat in a large pan.
- Whilst the meat is browning, dice the onions
- Then the garlic and add to the pan.
- Chop the mushroom and add!
- Then the carrots.

- Chop the peppers and add to the pan, stir well!
- Next add the tomatoes.
- Stir add the wine and stock.
- Throw in the spices, add a lid! Turn the hob down to a low simmer! Stir regularly to prevent it from sticking.
- After over 1 and a half hours take of the lid and reduce! Taste to check for seasoning!
- Let it simmer for as long as possible! Serve!
