  13. Prepare (For Gravy)
  14. Use 1.5 cup yogurt
  15. Provide 2 Green chillies
  16. Use 1 tsp Chilli powder
  17. Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  18. Take 1 tsp Salt
  19. Provide 3 tbsp Tempering oil
  20. You need 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  21. Get 1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  22. Provide 2 Cloves
  23. Prepare 1 Bay leaf
Steps to make Colourful Gatta Curry:
  1. First crush coriander and fennel seeds.
  2. Take a bowl add gram flour crushed seeds, and mix all ingredients listed for making gattas.
  3. Mix well and make a tight dough and some more yoghurt if needed.
  4. Divide dough into 4 portion add pinch of food colour mix well.
  5. Make balls from the dough and roll them to make long medium thick rolls.
  6. Boil 2.5 glasses of water in a pan when it start boiling than add the rolls in it.
  7. Boil for 7-10 minutes.Take out gatta from the pan and let them cool down for 5- 6 minutes.
  8. Don't throw this boiling water you will need this to add in the gravy.
  9. Slice into medium pieces and keep aside.
  10. For Gravy):- Heat oil in a pan add cumin, fenugreek, asafoetida, cloves,bay.leaf stir for few seconds.Now add all the spices.
  11. Remove pan from heat add whisked yoghurt and stir well.
  12. Now put pan on heat and saute for a minute.
  13. Now add 1 cup gattas boiling water cook for a minute.
  14. Now add sliced gattas simmer for a minutes add garam masala.
  15. Serve hot with bajra or wheat flour prarthas or poori.
