The ingredients needed to make Bombay Duck Fish Curry:
- You need 500 gms Bombay Duck Fish
- Get 1 Potato medium sized
- Get 2 Radish
- Get 2 tbsp Green chillies, ginger and garlic paste
- Take 1 Onion
- Use 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
- Get 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- Provide 1 tbsp Cumin powder

- First wash the fish properly twice or thrice with salt and turmeric powder. Wash carefully because the fish is tender it will break. Once it done. Marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt. Keep aside for 3 minutes
- Meanwhile, heat mustard oil in Kadhai. When the oil is hot. Add chopped potato. Wash potato. Peel the skin of the potato and cut into lengthwise. Fry till it become light brown in colour.
