- Take 2 Raw Mango (Slice in long pieces)

- You need 1 tbsp Ginger finely chopped

- Take 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
- You need 1 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli powder

- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds allow it to splutter, add cummin seeds and methi seeds and fry for 2 mins
- Add grated ginger and chopped garlic and fry until it turns lite brown in colour.
- Add Mango slice and salt and fry for 2 mins, cover with lid and allow it to cook for 2-3 mins in low flame.
- Remove the lid,now add chilli powders and coriander powder, give a nice mix until all mango slices well coated in masala.
- Add grated jaggery and mix carefully do not mash mango slices.
- Add little water and mix properly, now cover with lid and cook for 5 mins in medium flame.
- Switch off the flame and add coriander leaves if required.
