- You need 1 medium sized cauliflower
- Use 250 gm hung curd
- You need 2 green chillies slitted
- You need 2 dry chillies
- Prepare 1/2 inch ginger chopped

- Separate the cauliflower into medium sized florets and rinse well.
- Blanch them in boiling water with little salt for 4-5 minutes. Drain the water and set aside.
- Whisk the curd and salt together in a bowl and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter the cummin seeds. Add green chilli, dry chilli, ginger and curry leaves. Saute for few seconds.
- Now add cauliflower florets and saute for a while. Turn off the flame and allow it cool down.
- Once cooled, add the cooked cauliflower florets to the curd in bowl. Finally add roasted cumin-red chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves.
- Thus ready is the tempting dahi gobhi for being served with rice/ roti.
