Steps to make Aloo paratha:
- Boil the potatoes until cooked. Pour out the water and leave to cool. Mash it. Add the diced peppers, onions and seasonings and mix it together. Cut the atarugu (habanero) into tiny pieces, grind the fennel and coriander.
