- Take 1 cup rava or semolina
- Take 2 cups water
- Prepare 6-8 shallots or small onion sliced
- Take 2 green chillies finely chopped

- Saute for a minute in medium flame. Add salt required. Now add water and let it boil
- When the water starts boiling, reduce the flame. Add the roasted rava slowly, and also keep on stirring in order to avoid in forming lumps.
