- Take 2 cups Bombay rava
- Provide 1 cup Yoghurt
- Prepare 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- Take 1 teaspoon Urad dal

- Make a tadka with some oil, Mustard seeds, curry leaves, urad dal, chana dal. In the same tadka add rava and fry it till fragnent.
- To this rava mix add yoghurt and coriander leaves, salt and mix it.Add little water to maintain the consistency.
- Before adding it to idli plates, add baking soda to the rava yoghurt mixture. Mix nicely and add it to idli moulds and steam for 12 minutes.
- Once done, prick a tooth pick and check if it comes clean then idlis are done or else steam for another 5 minutes. Serve the idlis with chutneys.
