- You need 5 tbsp biuli dal or urad dal
- You need 1 tbsp moong dal
- Get 1/2 inch ginger

- Soak the dals overnight, next day paste it with ginger and green chillies. Heat 1/2 tsp oil, put hing and curry leaves, fry a little, put it in the dal mix, add a pinch of ajwain and salt in dal mix. Then stir it well.
- Take the curd in a mixing bowl, add chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, a green chilli and a pinch of the whole jeera, add salt and 1/2tbsp sugar. Mix it, pour in a bowl and store it in the fridge.
- Take a pan, put the tamarind paste add water. Let it boil for 5 mins, when it started to become thick add sugar, fried masala powder, and tomato sauce, stir it well. Check the seasoning. Let it be cool.
- Heat the oil. Wet your palm slightly, take a little bit of mixture of dals and put it in oil. Fry the pakories. After fry, shift the pakories in lukewarm water, let them soak for 5 min, rinse them and transfer them in a bowl of cold green curd. Let them soak the dahi for 5 mins. Spread chat masala, tamarind chutney on it and serve it cold.
