- Add the purred tomatoes and cook till the raw smell goes. Add enough water for the gravy as required if thick gravy add little water, if medium add little more of water.
- Add the tamarind pulp and salt cook for a few mins. When it starts boiling add the sliced fish and cook 15 to 20 mins on medium flame or till done.
