- Get 1/2 cup Sliced dry coconut (khobra)

- Chop 1 onion and tomato.
- Dry roast khobra, dalya, ginger, garlic and 1 sliced onion, curry leaves, coriander, green chilli. Make fine paste of it. Add water if necessary
- Now heat oil in kadhai. And add jeera. later fry tomato and onion together in it. add dry coconut paste (mentioned above) with red chilli powder, turmeric, kanda lasun masala. Cook until it starts seperating oil from side. Add curd and mix well. Add boiled egg in it. Saute it until masala covers egg. Now slowly add boiled water and add salt.
- Boil it for 5-6 mins. You can add table spoon of roasted besan if you need thicker gravy.
