Before you jump to Paneer Methi Aloo Curry recipe, you may want to read this short interesting healthy tips about Choosing Healthy and balanced Fast Food.
Almost every single article about weight loss and getting healthy explains readers to avoid drive through windows like the plague and to carry out all of their own cooking. There’s some worth to this. But occasionally the last thing you wish to do is prepare a whole dinner for yourself and your family. Once in a while you only want to pay a visit to the drive through while you are on your way home and finish the day. There is simply no reason you shouldn’t be able to make it happen once in a while and be free of the guilt usually associated with “diet slips”. This is because many of the well-known fast food restaurants out there are trying to “healthy up” their menus. Here’s how you’ll be able to eat healthfully when you are at a fast food spot.
Choose your drive through according to if it has better options available. Arby’s as an example, is void of burgers. As an alternative you can select from roast beef sandwiches, salads, wraps and other healthier items. Wendy’s, although no stranger to the hamburger, also includes plenty of alternative meal choices: large salads, large baked potatoes and other tasty items fill its menu. Not everything is McDonalds using its deep fried chicken parts and other terribly unfit items.
Logic says that one of the best ways to stay healthy is to sidestep the drive through and never eat fast food. While, for the most part, this is a good idea, if you make intelligent choices, there is no reason to feel guilty for visiting a drive through one or two times a month. Sometimes the best thing is to let another person produce your dinner. If you choose healthy items, the remorse usually associated with hitting the drive through shouldn’t be so bad.
