From time to time, though, the last thing you need is to have to prepare meals from scratch. Once in a while you only want to pay a visit to the drive through while you are on your way home and finish the day. There isn’t any reason that you shouldn’t be authorized to do this and not be plagued by shame about slipping on your diet. This may be possible because plenty of the popular fast food places are attempting to make their menus healthy now. Here is the way to eat healthy and balanced when you visit the drive through.
Focus on the sides. It wasn’t so long ago that French Fries were your only side dish choice at a restaurant. Now just about all of the famous fast food places have broadened their menus. Now quite a few of them provide salads. Chili can be another selection. You can also purchase a baked potato. Fruit is generally offered. There are countless selections that you can choose that do not force you to ingest foods that have been deep fried. When you buy your meal through a drive through window, select side dishes instead of just grabbing something premade. This makes it possible for you to keep your calorie count low and lessen your fat intake.
Traditional logic tells us that one sure way to get healthy and lose weight is to by pass the drive through and to banish fast food restaurants from your thoughts. While, in most cases, this is a good idea, if you make sensible choices, there is no reason to feel guilty for visiting a drive through one or two times a month. - Get 1/2 cup brown sugar

- Provide 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions to make Crockpot BBQ Meatballs:
- First spray cooking spray in crockpot or use liner
- Put in meatballs and then the rest of the ingredients. Stir so well mixed.
- Put on high for three hours. Put on low for 5 hours or longer.
- Note: If you use homemade meatballs, make sure you sear the meatballs before putting them in the crockpot. Also, if you want an asian version…use just one bottle of grape jelly and half of asian garlic hot sauce. Both versions can be served with mashed potatoes or rice. I throw brocolli in the asian version.
- I mentioned other meals for the frozen meatballs. We like to bake the meatballs in the toaster oven and have them with spaghetti or meatball hoagies.
