- Now in a kadhai add oil heat it add Cumin seeds, saute it, saute onion, green chilie, add tomato puri 1/2 cup,cook it, 2,3 minutes
- Now add 1/2 cup water. Add salt,add marinate paneer cook 5,6 minutes, now add tomato and capsicum, saute add green chilli. Now add garam masala, coriander, kasoori methi. Turn off gass.
- Now make Tortilla, take 1 small portion of dough make Tortilla chapati,apply 1 side water stick on the tawa cook 1,2 minute, now turn tawa and cook directly on the fire.
