- Now on another pan take oil add cumin seeds and onion fry till becomes golden in colour remove from oil and keep aside

- Now grind the coconut and onion together into very fine paste
- In the same pan add ginger garlic paste with red chilli and coriander powder cook for 2 minutes then add grounded masala with turmeric and salt
- Once oil separates add boiled eggs and water and give desired consistency of gravy
- Lastly add coriander leaves and garam masala powder and cook on sim for 5 minutes,switch off the gas and serve
