The ingredients needed to make Quick & Easy Basic Meat and Miso:
- You need 150 grams Ground meat (pork or beef/pork mix)
- Use 1 Japanese leek
- Use 2 tbsp ● Miso
- Get 2 tbsp ● Sake (or water)
- Get 1 tbsp ● Sugar
- Take 1 tsp ● Soy sauce
- Use 2 tsp Ginger (grated)
- Provide 1 tsp Doubanjiang
- You need 1 tsp Sesame oil
