- Add 1 Litre curd,curry leaves,to it and stir continuosly untill the curd start to boil,keep the stove in simmer until the curd turns to thick.
- Grind the coconut, jeera,green chilli in to fine paste.add little water for consistency.Keep the gas on simmer add coconut paste to the curry and stir well,no water needed because it is a thick curry.add a pinch of fenugreek powder
- Hot another pan add coconut oil add mustard,dry red chiili broken,curry leaves, put this in to the curry.
