- Provide 1/2 tsp Rai
- Use 1 tbsp Curry leaves
Instructions to make Suji Toast:
- Take Dahi in bowl. Add Suji and mix it.Mix the veggies,chat masala,salt and mix nicely.And keep it aside for 20min
- Now if the mixture gets too hard because suji will soak dahi by this time. Add little water and adjust the consistency.Now spread the mix on one part of bread evenly.Spread some rai seeds on top and some curry leaves.
- Now on a grilled pan.Brush little oil and place the suji portion on the pan. Press and cook till golden brown. And flip the other side.Brush little oil and cook it till crispy crunchy (kurkure)brown.
- Serve hot with any dip of your choice,your crispy suji toast are ready to serve.
