- Get 1/2 cup Moong Dal/Split Green Gram
- Take 6 tbsp Grated Coconut
- Prepare 6 tbsp Grated Carrot

- You need 1 Green Chilli(very finely chopped)
- Take 1/2 tsp Salt

- Provide 1 Dry Red Chilli(broken into tiny bits)

Instructions to make Kosambari/Vada Pappu:
- Soak moong dal for 45 mins. Drain the water completely.
- Mix the soaked & drained moong dal, grated coconut, grated carrot, grated raw mango, green chilli and salt.
- Heat oil. Papaya up mustard. Add hing powder, curry leaves and broken dry chilli. Add this seasoning to the moong dal mixture. Mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Offer Kosambari to Lord Sri Krishna. Honor Krishna Prasadam.
