- સૌથી પહેલા ડુંગળી,મરચુ,આદુ અને લસણને બારીક સમારી લો.
- ત્યારબાદ પાલકને ગરમ પાણીમાં થોડીવાર માટે કુક કરો. પાલકની બે મિનિટ સુધી ગરમ પાણીમાં કુક કર્યા બાદ તરત જ ઠંડા પાણીમાં એટલે કે આઈસ કોલ્ડ વોટર માં થોડીવાર માટે રાખી દો.
- ત્યારબાદ મિક્સર જારમાં પાલકની સ્મૂથ પેસ્ટ બનાવો. જરૂર મુજબ પાણી ઉમેરો.
- સૌપ્રથમ પેનમાં થોડું તેલ અને બટર ઉમેરો ત્યાર બાદ તેમાં લસણ,આદુ,મરચાં અને ડુંગળી ઉમેરો. બધું જ પાંચ મિનિટ સુધી કુક થવા દો.
- ત્યારબાદ તેમાં અડધી ચમચી મરચું પાવડર અને અડધી ચમચી જીરા પાવડર ઉમેરો.સ્વાદમુજબ મીઠુ ઉમેરો.
- હવે તેમાં પાલકની પ્યુરી ઉમેરો અને તેને વધુ પાંચ મિનિટ થવા દો. ત્યારબાદ તેમાં પનીરના ટુકડા ઉમેરો. તો તૈયાર છે પાલક પનીરનું શાક. તમે ઈચ્છો તો તેને લચ્છા પરાઠા સાથે સર્વ કરો
