- You need 2 cups Fruits -( Apricot,apple, chikoo,pineapple, Dates,kiwi,orange,bananas - diced in cube shape )
- Use 1/4 cup Pomegranate seeds
- Get 20 Cashews
- You need 20 Cashews
- Take 20 raisins
- You need 10-12 Almonds soaked and peeled
- Take 1 Onion sliced & sautéed
- Prepare To taste Green chilli
- Prepare To taste Green chilli
- You need 1 sprig Curry leaves
- Prepare 1 Bay leaf
- Get 1 Bay leaf
- You need 1 Cinnamon small piece
- Provide 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- Provide 1/4 tsp White pepper powder
- You need 1/4 tsp White pepper powder
- Use 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
- Prepare 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
- You need 3 tbsp Fresh cream
- Use 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
Instructions to make Fruits Korma:
- Soak around half quantity of the cashew nuts in water. Sauté the sliced onion and when it cools down, add the soaked cashews and grind to a smooth paste.
- Add turmeric powder, salt and sliced green chilli to the fruit pieces and cook with little water.
- In a pan, make oil hot and add the cinnamon and bay leaf. Now add the rest of the cashew nuts,almonds followed by the raisins. When sautéed, add the ground paste of onion & cashews. To this add the curry leaves, cumin and pepper powders. Mix well and leave it to simmer for sometime. When the gravy thickens, add the cooked fruit pieces. Add salt if required.
- Now slowly add the cream, stir and switch off the flame when about to boil. Add pomegranate & cover the pan.Add chopped Coriander leaves.
- After sometime, garnish with nuts, raisins and pomegranate seeds and serve. Yummy 😋 Fruits Korma is ready.
