Steps to make Tamarind Gojju/Curry:
- Wash and soak tamarind minimum half an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan add all the ingredients except salt and Jaggery and fry for 1 minute in low flame.
- Now squeeze well add tamarind pulp to it and boil well.
