- In a kadai or pan, add butter /oil, 1/2tsp mustard seeds.
- Add 1/2tsp cumin seeds, handful of curry leaves, 2 onions chopped.
- Add little salt and saute well.. once it becomes light brown,add little turmeric powder and saute. Add the cooked chicken along with the stock.
- Let it cook well and cook till desired consistency.
- Once it is done. Add handful of chopped coriander leaves.
