- Take 200 grams paneer

Steps to make Palak paneer:
- For blanching palak: - First boil water in a deep pan add palak leaves keep for 2 mins strain and add the leaves in iced cold water strain and grind it in a grinder.
- Then add tomatoes, green chillies ginger and garlic in a grinder and make a paste.
- Cut paneer into small pieces fry and keep aside
- Now heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and hing let it splutter - Then add chopped onion and fry until translucent - Add tomato paste and saute the masala well add all the dry masala and saute until the Masala leaves the oil
- Now add palak puree and let it cook for 6-8 mins - Add fried paneer cubes
- Lower the flame and add garam masala powder - Then add Malai(cream) - If you want you can add little sugar (optional) - Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves. - Goes well with chapati or naan
