- Take 1 Bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce

- You need 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Heat a large sauté pan on medium heat
- Add 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil sauté pan.
