Steps to make Instant suji pan handva:
- In a mixing bowl take suji, add curd and mix it.
- Add approximately 1&1/2 cup water and mix it.
- Add grated lauki, grated carrot, boiled and mashed potatoes, boiled green peas, crushed green chillies and crushed garlic.
- Mix well and add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and chopped fresh coriander leaves.
- Mix well and rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Mix again and add enough water if required and keep semi thick batter.
- Pour 1 teaspoon oil in the centre of batter, add fruit salt, add 1 teaspoon water over it and rotate in one direction.
- Pour batter into pan greased with oil.
- Now make a tadka of oil, mustard seeds, sesame seeds and curry leaves.
- Pour this tadka over handva mixture.
- Keep pan on flame, cover with lid and cook for 10-12 minutes on very low flame.
- When bottom side turns golden brown, flip it and cook other side for 4-5 minutes.
- Yummy suji handva is ready to serve
