Steps to make Banana Curry:
- Peel of the skin of the banana and cut medium sized pieces.
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds and Whole Jeera,pinch of Hing and add Ginger Paste and Garlic Paste to the oil.
- Now add the Tomato Puree to the oil aswell as Turmeric Powder,red Chilli Powder,Dhaniya Powder,Garam Masala Powder,Freshly grated coconut and mix it nicely.
- Cook till the oil rise.
- Now add the medium sized pieces of banana to this gravy and mix well.
- Add little water and mix it well.
- Cover the lid and cook for 2-5 minutes.
- Now add Peanut Powder and Roasted Chana Flour and mix it nicely.
- Don't overcook it as bananas don't take longer than 5 minutes to cook.
- Garnish with Fresh Coriander and Freshly Grated coconut
