- Take one bowl, add maida flour (all-purpose flour), salt, sugar, baking soda, curd and oil. Mixed all things and Knead a soft dough with warm water. - Heat the saucepan, add oil, saute marinated paneer for 2-3 minutes and keep aside. - - Take another pan add oil, cumin seeds once the seeds crackle add curry paste, stir gently for 2-3 minutes then add garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and pinch of sugar.
