- You need 1 TBS minced onion
- Prepare Small bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's honey barbecue sauce
- Prepare 1-2 TBS apple cider vinegar
- Use Brown sugar

- Preheat oven to 300°F
- Line a 13×9 baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Add the ribs to the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and minced onion.
- Add as much BBQ sauce as you like to the ribs. Just make sure they are nice and covered all over.
- Sprinkle a little apple cider vinegar over the top and mix it around in the sauce (this step is optional).
- Sprinkle some brown sugar over everything (I do a few decent sized pinches).
- Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours.
