- Cut the paneer in inch size. Mix little salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Coat properly and rest for 15 minutes.
- Fry the paneer cubes from all sides. Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil. Add cumin seeds, bay leaf and all the whole garam masala. When aroma comes, add chopped onion, ginger, garlic and tomatoes. Add some salt and turmeric powder. Cook till the onion soft.
- Cool and remove the bay leaf. Make masala paste in a grinder. In the same pan heat rest of the oil. Add the masala paste and cook in low medium heat.
