- Use 2 portions cod loin
- Take 1 medium sweet potato
- You need 1 Baby pearl new potatos
- Provide 1 cup petite pois
- Prepare 4 pinch lemon grass, dill & parsley
- Provide 1 pinch mild curry powder, salt & tropical pepper
- You need 2 dash olive oil
- Get 1 cheese or parsley sauce (optional)

- peel & cut the sweet potato, place in pan of hot water add pinch of sugar. these will take 20-25 minutes
