Saute the masala on a low to medium flame till it becomes glossy and u see oil releasing it from sides. Add salt as per taste. Add little water. Add potatoes. Stir very wel. Cover the pan. Simmer for 6 to 7 minutes. While serving you can garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.
