- First peel and grate the papaya. Boiled peeled and mashed the potato. Now prepare batter of grated papaya,potato,add besan, salt, red chilli powder and coriander, turmeric powder and mix well
- Make small ball shape from the batter. Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the koftas till they become golden brown. (Take them out and keep aside)
- Add oil in a pan and heat it. When oil gets hot add bay leaves and whole spice..Saute some time to get nice aromat smell.add onion turn to golden brown.
- .After saute add onion-garlic- ginger paste. Stir constantly and cook until oil starts floating on the surface. Add coriander powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder,mix properly and fry for a minute
- Now add water as per requirement. Stir until it start boiling. Add cashew paste,tomato puree,salt,Mix properly.cook for 4-5 min on medium flame
