- Add onion,garlic and ginger paste.add all the masalas and curd in the chicken then mix it well.then add some mustard oil mix it upto 5 mint and magnet it till 30 mint
- Take a pan. Pour mustard oil and add some cumin,red chilli,bay leave,hing, laung,Elaichi and dal chini in it.
- Then add the magneted chicken in the pan. Mix it well till 15 mint in medium flame.add some water till the onions do not thaw (gal na jaye)
- Then pour half cup warm water. Then cover the pan and leave it till 5 mint. Add some garam masala. And off the gas. Your chicken is ready
