  2. Use 2 Onions (big sized)
  3. Take 2 Tomatoes ( big sized)
  4. Take 2 tbsp Chilli Powder (adjust to your taste)
  5. Provide 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  7. Use 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  8. Get 1/4 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  9. Get 1/4 cup Coconut
  10. Use 1 Cinnamon
  11. You need 2 Cardamoms
  12. Prepare 2 Cloves
  13. Use 2 Bay leaves
  14. Get 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
  15. Take 1/2 tbsp Fennel seeds
  16. Take 5 tbsp Oil
  17. Use Few Fresh coriander leaves
  18. Use as per taste Salt
  19. Prepare As required water
Instructions to make MUTTON GRAVY | LAMB CURRY | SIDE DISH | COOKER MUTTON RECIPE:
  1. Clean mutton in water 2 times.
  2. Chop  onion, tomato. - Grind coconut, fennel seed, cumin seed into fine paste.
  3. Heat cooker add oil, add cinnamon, cloves,bay leaves, cardamom one by one.Add onion and stir until it become glassy.
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt  and stir slighty.
  5. Add mutton and stir for 2 minutes. Now add  tomato and cook until oil separate and tomato get mashed.
  6. Now add coconut paste and add little water and keep for 5 whistles.
  7. Now if you want thick gravy, cook it in low flame for few minutes and turn off.Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
