Instructions to make Gravvy:
  1. Wash and cut meat into smaller sizes, boil with onions, pepper, salt, seasoning cube, I added kitchen glory spice and thyme and allowed to cook till done then I seperated it from the stock and fried it and set it aside.
  2. With the same vegetable oil poured in a pot I added thyme and then my sliced onions then the pepper and stired for few minutes then added the tomatoes, and stir fried till the whole water dried up, then I added salt and cube to taste and continued frying a bit more then the curry n ginger went in. After a few minutes I added the meat, stir cooked for about 3mote minutes and then turned off heat.
  3. Had mine with rice and beans, yummm! This can excurt pasta, yam, rice, plantain etc.
