  1. Get 150 grams white watane (soaked 6 hours)
  2. Prepare 2 medium onions
  3. Use 1 medium tomato
  4. Get 1 tsp Turmeric powder

  6. Use 2 tsp cumin powder
  7. Use 1 tbsp coriander powder
  8. Use 1 tsp misal masala
  9. Get to taste Salt
  10. Take 1 pinch khane ka soda
  11. Provide as needed Coriander leaves chopped
  12. Take 2 spicy green chillies
  13. Get as needed Oil
  14. Take 2 tsp cumin seeds
  15. Provide 1 dry red chilli
  16. Prepare 1 pinch red colour
  17. Use as needed Farsaan
  18. Prepare 1 Chopped onion for serving
Steps to make Misal Pav:
  1. Heat 2 tsp oil and add chopped onion and tomato green chilli and cook for 5 mins on low flame remove from heat let it cool.
  2. Put soaked watane in a cooker add salt and khane ka soda and cook till done.
  3. Add some water and grind to make a paste.
  4. Heat 3 tbsp oil and put Turmeric powder+red chilli powder + salt + coriander powder + cumin powder mix it and then add grinded paste and saute for 2 to 3 mins.
  5. Then add 1/3 cup water + chopped coriander leaves and cook for sometime then add misal masala and saute untill oil separates.
  6. Add boiled watane and mix it well then add 1 & 1/2 cup water cover and cook on a medium to low flame untill gets reached to desired misal consistency and turn off the flame.
  7. Heat some oil and add pinch of red colour + dry red chilli + cumin seeds when crackle immediately add to the missal.
  8. Serve missal toped with some chopped onion and mix farsaan and enjoy with pav.
