  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry the sliced onion crispy brown.Set aside.In the remaining oil sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala.Toss the wet masala for few minutes to remove the raw smell of onion garlic.Add salt and sugar to taste.Add 1 pinch red chilli powder and garam masala.Add the half steamed cauliflowers and toss once.Pour in the microsafe bowl and sprinkle ghee.Microwave high power for 2 minutes.Toss and microwave for 1 minute or till done and masala coats cauliflower.
  4. Sprinkle ghee and garnish with fried onion,chopped coriander and few raisins.Serve hot with rice,pulao,puris or paratha.
