Heat oil in a pan for tadka, add mustard seeds, dry red chilli, slited green chilli, asofoetida and all veggies, curry leaves, green chilli, dry red chilli, asofoetida and thenfor saute 5-7 min. Add red chilli powder, sambhar masala, Salt and add 1/4 cup water. Add in dal. Add 1/2 glass water cover and cook for 10 min on slow flame. Sambhar is ready.
  3. FOR CHUTNEY:- Mix coconut, ginger, chilli, salt, roasted chana gram, sugar and curry leaves. Churn and then add 1/2 cup water. Churn again. Make tadka with urad dal, mustard seeds, asofoetida. Ddd on a chutney. Chutney is ready.
