Instructions to make Sambhar😋:
  1. Boil the toor dal by adding water and salt to it! Make sure donot grind it after boiling the daal, just mash it lightly! Now take a pan add oil to it,crakle mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds (methi), now add red chillies,some chopped green chillies and curry leaves keep on mixing it add chopped onions saute till it changes it colour,then add chopped tomatoes mix it add chopped veggies(brinjal,carrot,drumstick and lauki) mix it add red chilli powder and sambhar masala powder mix it well!
  2. Add little water to it and then add tamrind water(take little tamarind (imli) boil in little water, and remove the pulp of it) and close the lid cook on low flame till the veggies are almost cooked.(donot over cook the veggies) once open add some chopped onions (as shown in picture) add the cooked dal to it and let it boil till everything mix it up. Sambhar is ready!
